I cant speak highly enough of Sam Binnington and his support throughout the purchase of our flat. The communication was constant and he had an answer for everything we asked. The whole process went as smoothly as it could have and a lot of that was down to Sam's help and allowing us access to the property when required.

GoogleI do not recommend this agency to anyone. Today I had a visit scheduled for 12:30 pm, I was at the place scheduled 10 minutes earlier. I waited 15 minutes after the appointment until I decided to call the agency to see if something was wrong with the woman who was going to show us the house. Behold, when I call the agency I am told that my visit was at 12:15pm and that she should have already left to which I replied that it was not possible because I had received two messages confirming my visit at 12:30pm. Lack of organization and professionalism, I will never go here again.NegativeProfessionalism

FacebookI recently moved to a new apartment as a tenant through Enfields Southampton and Jack and Georgia have been very professional throughout, promptly responding to all queries I have had. The third party Enfields used to carry out the inventory check before the move in did a very good job with the inventory report as well.

Having bought our 2 bed/2 bath city centre property through Enfields they have offered us an exceptional rental service ever since. Enfield's Oxford Road have been on the ball throughout our contract with them, marketing the property as soon as necessary, securing great tenants and advising on tenancy status etc each step of the way. Enfields have monitored the property throughout the tenancy and ensured the property remains safe for our tenants and is maintained well throughout the tenancies. This really has been an exceptionally easy rental to date and all thanks to the staff at Enfields Oxford Road, Jack, Georgia and Melissa in particular who never hesitate to keep us in the picture and are at the end of the phone when needed. Couldn't recommend highly enough, thank you.

I had a complex case with a complicated right to rent and they contacted the home office directly to confirm my circumstances and treated me fairly. Having viewing numerous properties in SO14 with a number of agents, I found them being very pushy and trying to push mortgages instead of the property, this was until I met Sam at Enfields who actually treated me like a human with normal interaction instead of just a sales pitch. His knowledge of the area was very good and this made me want to view with him and the properties they had which ultimately led to my purchase in West Central. Although the conveyancing took longer than expected, I couldn't fault Enfields as an agent.
