GoogleAbsolutely horrendous service. Before signing they were lovely. The second we signed they bullied and intimidated us throughout the tenancy. Not student friendly whatsoever. To be honest probably not friendly to anyone at all.
Dear Adam, I’m sorry to hear you feel that way about our service. I have looked at the history from your tenancy and an see there were a few maintenance issues which were dealt with in the normal timeframe. We raised concerns about cleanliness of property following one of our inspections, to which we received an apology and promise to rectify. At the end of your tenancy the landlord wanted to claim from your deposit, because of this and we acted on her instructions, but this was not Enfields decision. We do take on board your feedback though so thank you for taking the time to provide it.

GoogleI would highly recommend Enfields to sell your property. Had a difficult apartment to sell locally. Shaun and the other staff members bent over backwards to help us, and kept us informed all the way.

GoogleAfter initially using another letting company to try and rent out our newly renovated property we decided to use enfields. They have been professional, efficient & absolutely amazing.
