Hi Yara, we are sorry you felt the need to leave us a poor review, we do not recognise your name from our existing tenancies so have been unable to verify anything but please could you get in touch with us so we can see if we can help. To make it clear it’s not possible for enfields to steal a deposit as all deposits are registered with the deposit protection scheme so the only way you would lose some of it is if your landlord made a valid claim against it.
