Personable and efficient letting team

I recently instructed the lettings team to market and manage our buy to let property. Jack explained the relevant fees and process very clearly, so I knew exactly what to expect. The property was placed on the rental market very quickly, with a suitable tenant found in just 2 weeks. The process of vetting the tenant and arranging the tenancy agreement was done quickly and efficiently, and I was kept informed of how this was progressing. I've been very impressed with Jack and the team.

The process of buying a flat has taken an extremely long time. However I can confidently say that if it wasn't for Sam and Shaun this process would have taken a lot longer. Sam has been flexible with regards to the viewings, and has been happy to let me spend as much time as needed as well as been very punctual. City Centre Furnished Rental For Beginners !

Having bought our 2 bed/2 bath city centre property through Enfields they have offered us an exceptional rental service ever since. Enfield's Oxford Road have been on the ball throughout our contract with them, marketing the property as soon as necessary, securing great tenants and advising on tenancy status etc each step of the way. Enfields have monitored the property throughout the tenancy and ensured the property remains safe for our tenants and is maintained well throughout the tenancies. This really has been an exceptionally easy rental to date and all thanks to the staff at Enfields Oxford Road, Jack, Georgia and Melissa in particular who never hesitate to keep us in the picture and are at the end of the phone when needed. Very good estate agents

Having viewing numerous properties in SO14 with a number of agents, I found them being very pushy and trying to push mortgages instead of the property, this was until I met Sam at Enfields who actually treated me like a human with normal interaction instead of just a sales pitch. His knowledge of the area was very good and this made me want to view with him and the properties they had which ultimately led to my purchase in West Central. Although the conveyancing took longer than expected, I couldn't fault Enfields as an agent.
