GoogleI cannot recommend Louise Lewis (mortgage advisor) enough! From start to finish she has been absolutely brilliant. She’s so friendly and helpful as we had quite a few obstacles to cross along the way and I wouldn’t have been able to do any of this without her! If you are needing a mortgage advisor that is approachable, friendly and knowledgeable then Louise is the one! Thanks so so much!

GoogleI wish I could give them 0 stars. Very unprofessioanl and pathetic people, asked me to cancel viewing when I actually reached the property. I think homewoners should not deal with these people and not sure how they got 4.8 stars rating. I reached to view property at 4:20 and left my phone in car by mistake and waited there for 15 mins before calling back agent who told me they are trying to reach me for a while (a lie). Instead of accepting their mistake they started balming me for not picking call as I was waiting outside property.
Dear Mr Sheikh Whilst I appreciate this is extremely frustrating, and I believe you have been made aware unfortunately the property that you were viewing today is tenanted , our representative arrived at the property in time to conduct the viewing for you. I believe you have also been informed that it was the tenant that refused access . We have reported this to the landlord in order for them to make contact with the tenant, my understanding is that you arranged a further viewing with Smart Homes that was conducted in a timely manner. Again I apologise for this situation but unfortunately this was beyond our control . GoogleFrom the first valuation through to the after sales service Smarthomes have excelled themselves. Jamie came round originally and gave us some great advice and a thorough valuation (this later proved to be very accurate). His knowledge of the local area and the potential buyers was extremely impressive. We sold our house within four days of being on the market and were then passed on to the brilliant Helen. Helen was relentless in chasing everyone down and smoothing the process. Her pro-active and positive attitude ensured we exchanged weeks before we would have without her. If you're looking to sell you property then Smarthomes is the place to go.

GoogleWe waited in the rain to view a flat. Agent rep was late, but he did apologise for his lateness. The power to the flat was off. No lights. Agent didn't have a torch. I had to use my phone flash light, not ideal to see things especially the bathroom which had no windows. I wanted to see the inside of the lock up garage. Agent did not have the key. I was told to contact their office again, make another viewing appointment if I wanted to view the garage! I didn't expect a cavalier approach from an estate agent in this day and age. Very disappointed.
Dear Mohamed We apologise that your experience has not reached your standards . Unfortunately there is no power to this vacant property and have to conduct viewings in the day . Unfortunately as you are aware the rainfall lasted 24hours which made travel dificult. I will arrange for the office to contact you to arrange a second viewing if you wish to carry out a more informative viewing , hopefully in better weather conditions .
