A special thank you to Trish who goes above and beyond in her role. We purchased a home via Smart Homes and Trish was the sales progressor. Trish spent hours on end chasing solicitors on our behalf, sometimes working past her shift times, and on her non-working days. We are truly thankful for her support in our buying journey. The buying and selling journey can be very stressful, but with the support she provided to us, took some of the burden off. We have found our forever home, but if I were to sell again I would use Smart homes without a doubt.

Extremely disappointing experience with Smart Homes Agency. Their team was unprepared during house viewings, failed to highlight any of the property’s strengths, and gave no feedback at all. Communication was poor and the whole process felt disorganized and unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable estate agent.

I can't thank Smart Homes enough for their help with my purchase. From start to finish every single person I dealt with was friendly, helpful and professional. Helen and Louise (Lewis) in particular are fabulous. There were a few bumps and hiccups along the way, which were nothing to do with Smart Homes but I felt secure that Smart Homes would always keep me in the loop, help nudge people along and just generally oversee everything. I didn't realise how wonderful they would be and how pivotal their role would become. I genuinely cannot thank them enough for their help and dedication. From my experience since Gin has been involved in the sale of our property I can't think of a better role model for how a service should be delivered. She has been outstanding. When solicitors were not pulling their weight Gin has kept the pressure on, she's informative, personable, trustworthy and a credit to Smart Homes. If I ever sell a property in the future I want people like Gin at the forefront. Smarthomes has made the whole process a lot easier under difficult circumstances. I wouldn't go with anyone else based on this.

I found the whole process of my house purchase from start to finish to be excellent. I have to give a big shout out to Debbie Guest in the sales progression team, she went over and above what I would of expected for her job. She always calls back when she says she will and also follows up any queries required. My purchase was far from plain sailing due to solicitors taking their time but Debbie was on the ball chasing and giving updates at least twice a week. She is an asset to Smart Homes and I hope they appreciate her.
