We bought our Solihull house through Smart Homes and were really impressed with their service: highly responsive, professional but also courteous and approachable. Being in a chain, it was good to know the sale progression team was always on top of things, liaising with all parties and keeping us up to date on a regular basis. My sales progressor called Gin, I struck gold having her. When Gin called me to introduce herself I thought I’d be in good hands from the get go. Gin has been the epitome of great customer service underpinned with such a great personality. Gin was consistently very good keeping me informed and went beyond the call of duty on several occasions. I’m super impressed with Smart Homes. The property viewing I had with Jason was impressive. He was professional, very informative and outlined points with the property I hadn’t even thought of. Loved the respect he showed for the property, right down to the shoe covers! He really sold it to me. I also had excellent service from Jersey last week. Very professional and friendly. Answered all my questions and gave me some good advice re house purchase process. This is the first time going through this process and she was very reassuring, pleasant and helpful. Lovely telephone manner. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better in walks Josh…he’s the man! So down to earth and easy to talk to. Helped me negotiate my offer without any pressure and making sure I was happy with what I was doing. Really made me feel looked after. Thanks Josh. Have recently exchanged on a property via Smart Homes. Throughout the whole process we’ve been impressed and really pleased with the professionalism and service provided by Smart Homes. The transaction wasn’t a particularly straightforward one and I can safely say it wouldn’t have been possible without Debbie Guest’s work in Sales Progression. I want to say once my late mum's house was sold that was the easy part! Once the wonderful Gin Kaur took over the progression she has been nothing short of exceptional. She has shown so much thought and kindness to me in what has been a difficult sad time to deal with my mum's estate. Also as my buyers had no estate agents as a private sale she also daily at times and every week dealt with their solicitors too ensuring everything was done as promptly and efficiently as possible. When looking at estate agents I was told they all the same it just comes down to price and this couldn’t be further from the truth. Smart homes stands miles apart from the rest. Right from the start I had a professional valuation where I was emailed a clear overview and communication was consistent clear and honest. Feedback on every viewing. Even attending viewings by smart homes I knew my home was in good hands as you are always given a brochure with great knowledge of the home you are viewings which wasn’t the case when attending viewings by other agents. And particularly a mention of Helen in the sales progression team, I felt I was personally supported through the whole process. weekly updates and really working as hard as possible to process my sale and purchase to completion as soon as possible, she eliminated so much stress by proactively messaging all parties and looping me in before I even thought to follow up and made the process so much easier. I can’t recommend Smart homes enough!

When we chose an estate agent we were very impressed with Jamie Smart when he came to give us an initial quote. We were told we would have a specified agent who would be our contact throughout and they would be in touch with us on a regular basis, at least weekly, throughout the process. Our assigned person was Debbie Guest who has been brilliant throughout, when necessary chasing our buyers solicitors, our own solicitors and our upward chain estate agents whenever there was any issue or delay. Debbie kept us very well informed throughout and I cannot recommend both Smart Homes and Debbie herself highly enough. If you're looking for an estate agent in the Shirly, Solihull area (or wider) then you need look no further than Smart Homes.

Honestly our experience couldn't have been worse. We bought a house through Smarthomes, we were shouted at by our sales progression rep, phones slammed down on us, accused of sabotage, provided no support or advise (we had to go to another estate agent), lied to on multiple occasions and encouraged to ignore advise from roofing professionals because "I know what I'm talking about and they are wrong". They pride themselves on customer service??, then they might want to have a word with our rep. When she went on holiday it was the best service we got from them. However I would like to thank Adam for his service, absolute stand out, kind, professional and very approachable.
