Recently used Belvoir to purchase a property in Shrewsbury. I work as a small scale property developer and have considerable experience in dealing with estate agents. My buying experience with Belvoir was first class. I dealt with one person throughout the process who was friendly, helpful and professional. I liked the fact that office staff rather than a viewing agent showed me around the property and had a good knowledge on the product they were selling. Regular updates occurred throughout the purchase that resulted in a smooth, hassle free buying transaction for both myself as the buyer and the seller too. Highly recommend their services

Having barn conversion on the market for considerable period, decided to go dual agency with Belvoir , who introduced a perspective buyer in a week who offered the asking price & a cash buyer so no chain involved. Based on our experience would recommend sellers to consider Belvoir albeit the selling interest rate is higher than some other local agents

Current agents are a complete joke.. been locked out of the property twice when they’ve come to repair things as they some how have keys for the property I did not have, Repairs are done as cheap as possible using second hand parts and break in the exact same way almost on a monthly basis. When leaving they wanted to charge me for belongs that either belong to a previous tenant or the property itself even after it was mentioned to them when I moved in these items were not mine. When I needed a meter reading , which happened to be in the owners property I was just told to contact the owner myself which in my eyes makes the agency completely redundant if I need to contact the owner myself Would rather avoid in future as it was not a good experience at all.

Belvoir has acted as Landlord management and selling of property for me. In all instances they acted with good advice and professionalism. Helen and Richard, who I dealt with mostly, managed a sale that had its difficulties. They kept me informed, sometimes before I asked a question. They managed others in the selling chain by keeping sufficient pressure to ensure completion of the sale. All questions, or opinions from me were listened to and good advice then given. Of all Estate agents I have used Belvoir (Helen) has proven the best.

After failing to sell my house using another estate agent, I went on the recommendation of a friend to use Belvoir. Yes they are more expensive but I feel I got what I paid for, excellent presentation of the property, personal involvement of the estate agents, regular contact, and I also feel they were very supportive of the buyer. This was good for me as my house was not necessarily the easiest to sell. But, I got a quick sale at the asking price, so happy days & thank you Belvoir.

I couldn’t recommend Belvoir highly enough ! From my first meeting with Richard to value our house his knowledge of the market and the area was second to none. A fantastic experience from start to finish. From our initial enquiry about the property Jodie has been professional and approachable and has kept us informed at every step of the way. To the extent that if we have not been successful in securing this property I would have preferred to deal with Belvoir only given the experience I have had with other local agents. In a very tricky rental market as a good potential tenant you simply want to be treated fairly and honestly and to receive regular communication when it is due and Jodie surpassed those expectations. Would highly recommend if you are a potential tenant and also for any prospective landlords .

I cannot rate Belvoir high enough . My situation was potentially tricky because I was 10,000 miles away so all communication was done on line… but it was mostly plain sailing , and when it wasn't , due to outside forces, Helen and the team managed my growling at a distance ☺️ They always do what they say they will do and their ability to serve both the tenant and the home owner with equal amounts of respect is commendable. Helen was marvellous, always keeping me in the loop about what was going on and what the next steps were . The system wouldn't let me add more staff members but I would like to mention Glen and Amanda too xxx I would have no hesitation in recommending Belvoir if you are renting your house or selling it ☺️
