Direct reviewsFrom the initial contact with Richard, Director of Belvoir, in putting the property on the market, to the Sales Manager, Helen Morris, in bringing the sale to exchange of contracts/completion, Belvoir's communication with us was of paramount importance, and made a great deal of difference as to how we felt about the sale's progression. Helen Morris was always helpful with her advice, and in particular, with providing practical solutions to problems that arose. Belvoir are to be applauded for how they managed to look at the individual situation, and the individuals involved in the sale, as well as the bigger picture. We would have no hesitation in recommending Belvoir to a future client.

What and excellent company to work with. They look after you from start to finish. Getting into the property was done very smoothly, and the continuous support from the letting staff was very well done. Perhaps the most daunting aspect of being a tenant is when you leave. Jo Jones was outstanding, in tgat she provided tips on how to leave the property in a good fashion and contacts should they be needed. If I ever have to move again, Belvoir will be my first choice.

Direct reviewsIt was an excellent experience. Our agent George was with us every step, answering our questions, however small. The other staff were very professional and friendly. It was the best and smoothest experience of renting a property we have had in 20 years.
I should like to add that I found some of the marketing that accompanied our rental process a little ambiguous. The suggestion to take out contents insurance with the same company that carries out reference checks felt a little heavy handed and could easily be misinterpreted.

Belvoir are an extremely professional agency and were able to provide advice and guidance throughout the process of selling my property. Helen in particular was excellent, she accompanied potential buyers on all viewings and was also extremely helpful once an offer had been made. They also secured the sale and subsequent exchange during the crazy months of October and November when the economic outlook was bleak and lenders were pulling mortgage offers.
If you are looking for an agency that will sell your property then use Belvoir - you might not get the volume of viewings that you would with other agencies but you will get serious buyers and good support.

GoogleFound them to be extremely arrogant, who complains about a purchasers solicitor being on holiday in the middle of the school holidays. Obviously never sold a property in the summer before. Then expects the purchaser to let the vendor to be able to enter the property after contracts and payment have been made. Typical expectation of estate agents, middle men who do nothing and treat purchasers like dirt. Can't wait for the housing market to stop and the boot is on the other foot, and estate agents have to earn a living.
