Our Negotiators Rebecca Gale and Kaylie Skelhon were very helpful and flexible from the outset and I was found a property that perfectly met all of my needs and more in a record amount of time. I know how competitive the rental market has become and really expected finding a property to be a much more stressful, long and drawn out process.
As well as excellent Customer Service, Belvoir's attention to detail within the letting process is outstanding - absolutely nothing was overlooked, every detail was attended to in a most efficient manner. Having successfully completed my Tenancy Application process and taken up residence, I feel very confident and secure knowing that Belvoir will continue to manage my property for the duration of my tenancy. Well where do I start. Held a tenancy for 26 months. At �500 per month. So I've paid out �13 k in rent.
Landlords and these agents couldnt organise a fence panel to be installed. Also let a house not have a smoke alarm (against the law). To top it off the windoes and doors have very thin, fragile and old.glass, which breaks very easily. They did not even apologise over this! Landed a family member in hospital, and not one iota of an apology from belvior Shrewsbury.
They aren't in the mindset of tenants. They started evicting me once before over christmas as the lawn was a little long. Had been snowing and I had also fractured my leg weeks previously.
As long as they are getting the money they do not care.
