Belvoir Shrewsbury was one of the first offices to open within the Belvoir Franchise and has established itself as a leader within the Group. Initially we opened in Shrewsbury in 2001 solely as a letting agency and then in 2014 we extended our remit to include selling properties. Indeed our portfolio includes lettings, sales, block management, buy-to-let and mortgage advice. With intimate local knowledge mixed with serious Franchise “top cover” we produce a quality service in both sales and lettings, which is second to none. The service is executed by top quality, extremely well trained, qualified and experienced staff, where all your concerns are dealt with before you are even aware that they are an issue. Our motto is “Property is Personal” and as such we specialise in holding your hand through the labyrinth of complications associated with property sales and lettings. GoogleBelvoir helped during the purchase of our property. During the process there were difficulties with the Solicitors receiving all the information. Belvoir(Helen and Richard) went above and beyond to chase the information even though it wasn’t their job to do it.

GoogleOnly care about the landlord, not the Tennant. Every time we've had a problem we've been made to feel as if we were in the wrong or doing something we shouldn't, only to have to prove that issues weren't of our doing. Each time we reported a problem there was no sense of urgency to get anything rectified for us and at no time have we ever had a follow up call or email to make sure all is ok. Very, very poor customer service.

GoogleI did not end up viewing a particular property, deciding that it would be too small. Regardless, the estate agent did go out of her way to accommodate me for this particular viewing at a most busy time of year for buying and selling. I would definitely contact them in the future.

GoogleGreat company to deal with. We have used BELVOIR for over 12 years to let our property, 2×2 bedroom apartment. They have always provided us with good quality tenants with very few gaps in tenancy. BELVOIR also sold our apartments for us. BELVOIR staff are very professional and very personable individuals. We will definitely use them again when we buy another investment property.
