Belvoir Shrewsbury was one of the first offices to open within the Belvoir Franchise and has established itself as a leader within the Group. Initially we opened in Shrewsbury in 2001 solely as a letting agency and then in 2014 we extended our remit to include selling properties. Indeed our portfolio includes lettings, sales, block management, buy-to-let and mortgage advice. With intimate local knowledge mixed with serious Franchise “top cover” we produce a quality service in both sales and lettings, which is second to none. The service is executed by top quality, extremely well trained, qualified and experienced staff, where all your concerns are dealt with before you are even aware that they are an issue. Our motto is “Property is Personal” and as such we specialise in holding your hand through the labyrinth of complications associated with property sales and lettings. Direct reviewsIn our search for the perfect rental property in a tricky environment we have dealt with a few local agents but found Jodie at Belvoir to be the most approachable, friendly and still very professional. Communication from other agents has ranged from non existent to sketchy at best but Jodie has kept us informed about the whole process from the initial enquiry right through to moving in day. Would highly recommend from the point of view of a tenant and for landlords looking for a thorough and professional agent who offer great customer service.

They do so with swift communication and employ contractors who are punctual and complete jobs to a high level. I would recommend them if you are thinking about renting property. *****
