I owned a prestigious apartment in Shrewsbury and had employed Belvoir for several years as the letting agents. Their professionalism helpfulness and attention to detail could not be faulted and through these qualities I always felt in very safe and competent hands.
When I eventually decided to sell the apartment my confidence in them was such that I placed the property with them to market. Absolutely excellent high-quality photos and walk through video were produced and a buyer was found in under two weeks.
As a team they proved invaluable, being proactive through the whole process from liaising with both solicitors and property managing agents, together with negotiating through a labyrinth of recently introduced legislation and regulations.
I cannot recommend them highly enough both for their professionalism and total support looking after you through what is one of the most important and stressful processes in people’s lives.

Faultless. I second James' review - Helen works wonders tirelessly and apparently without effort. We also used Helen and her wonderful colleagues in the purchase of a flat in Shrewsbury. Belvoir spared no effort to help get things done. It's all been done with minimal stress. Highly recommended.

The staff at Belvoir were always available, very approachable and friendly. We had a few issues not related to the agency, but Belvoir worked hard to overcome the obstacles along the way.
