I’ve used Belvoir (Shrewsbury) to rent out my properties since 2000. During that time, Paul and his dedicated team have provided a fantastic service to both me and my tenants. During the past 21 years, both my properties have only ever been vacant for a matter of weeks in total, and most of the subsequent lets have been for several years. Clearly, the team at Belvoir are providing a high level of customer satisfaction for both the tenant and landlord. They have never let me down and I trust their judgement without question. It should come as no surprise that when I asked Belvoir to arrange the sale of my property, they secured a buyer (and the asking price) in short order. If you are a prospective tenant, landlord, buyer or seller of property, I cannot recommend the services of Belvoir (Shrewsbury) highly enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Super friendly faces, very professional and helpful. Offers FaceTime Property viewing as well. I received after office hours calls from them ensuring that I was updated about the progress. Facilitated us to find a property here and helped with paperwork without any time waste and managed to arrange viewing, confirmations, relevant documentations, contract signing with in a week. Paperwork is lot simpler as well when you compare with other high street estate agents. Will definitely use them again if need be.

Recently sold a property with Helen and Richard. An excellent service from start to finish. Received an offer at asking price within the first few viewings. Some negotiating had to be done subsequently due to some survey concerns which were all handled sympathetically and professionally meaning both myself and the buyer were satisfied with the outcome. Further to this, due to frequently being out of the area I needed help with letting in surveyors, contractors, and performing viewings amongst other things. This was completed without any question or concern. A first class service I would 100% recommend and plan on using again should I sell another property in the future. Thanks! Chris

Well from the range of star ratings it looks like there's good Belvoir offices and not so good ones; this is a review of an excellent one. We've just sold our house through the Shrewsbury Belvoir agency, and the service we had from them was absolutely first class. They did a great job of marketing our mortgage-sensitive house in this year's difficult conditions, but above all they remained fully involved right through to completion day. Helen and Richard were unfailingly friendly and supportive, and spared no effort to help things along. They also maintained communication and engagement with our buyers, their solicitor and other relevant agents throughout, and played a valuable role when the chain got stuck for a while with another buyer's appallingly bad solicitor (NEVER go with an online solicitor - be warned!). Ok, so some other estate agents may charge a smaller commission; but from our experience and observation, this is one endeavour where you definitely get what you pay for: Belvoir Shrewsbury knocked spots off the others in our chain. All in all, very highly recommended.

What a great choice we made when we chose Belvoir. We don't live in Shrewsbury, so we had no experience on which we could draw, when we needed to market a property in the town recently. After reading many online reviews for a variety of agents in the area we eventually decided on Belvoir and we couldn't be happier. Although we ended up selling the property, we initially toyed with the idea of renting it out, but as a result of the excellent advice and a detailed market appraisal, provided by Richard, we decided to sell instead. Helen was in charge of our sale and was our main point of contact. For extra peace of mind there was also an extremely friendly and professional team in the office to help-out whenever called upon. Belvoir dealt with everything, from producing a very impressive sales brochure, to accompanied viewings (this was a real godsend, as we don't live nearby). The whole process was dealt with efficiently and with the utmost professionalism at all times, making for a smooth, speedy and stress-free sale. The feedback and updates we received throughout the short time the house was on the market was second to none. We never had to contact the agent, as we were kept informed of developments on a weekly basis (sometimes even more frequently than that). We cannot recommend Belvoir highly enough and offer our sincere thanks and gratitude to Richard, Helen, George and the rest of the team for an all-round five star service.
