If I could give this less than 1 star I would. Reported to Hannah by emails that we have had work outstanding for months. Contractors getting paint all over our carpet and we are constantly chasing. Asked for the complaints procedure and even that is not forthcoming. Property ombudsman next ...

Lack of attention to detail

I purchased a house on the Temptation site in Burton. The house itself was ok with only a few minor snagging issues - as expected for a new build. However, the garden wall was built using a different brick to the house which not only is so obvious but very absurd too! What makes the error worse is that the wall runs along the road so visibility of the error is clear to members of the public too. An identical house opposite has a matching garden wall finished immensely making me believe that very little attention was paid to my wall. It surprises me this was not noticed by site staff when being built. When asked Strata to replace the wall I am told “the wall is fit for purpose” regardless of its quality. So it may as well be rendered? Not a satisfied customer at all!

Moved in time for Christmas!

Me and my wife are very happy with the service strata have provided. Zoe in the sales office was, and continues to be very helpful with any issues or questions we have. Greg the site manager is also very helpful and fast to react to any snagging. I would recommend strata without hesitation.

Fantastic at getting you in

Fantastic at getting you in, then horrific at sorting your problems out, of which there are many, including a boiler not functioning, cooker hob broken, no shelves in the cooker, nails left under carpet etc. For a property costing as much as this did the finish is disgusting. Our first and last time with Strata.
