Excellent customer service throughout the process. The house is built to a high standard. The only reason I'm rating Strata 4 stars instead of 5 is the quality of the painting. A little care needs to be taken during painting, especially painting over the chrome spotlights.

Lovely maintanence team in the aftercare. Fairly easy sale-process. Relatively stress free. So far strata has made right everything in the house that I've reported which I'm pleased about. Just waiting on one final thing that has felt like it's dragging on. But other than that, it's been pleasant dealing with them.

STRATA are a very competent and caring build firm who create wonderful stylish and future-proofed homes. Inevitably there will be some initial issues and we had a number but the speed at which they were programmed and physically remedied was exceptional. The aftercare team are keen to help and resolve any issues.

Absolutely shocking new build homes. Poorly built and endless snags that never get resolved and if it does its someones dads uncles half cousin who is untrained on community service who comes to fix it. non existing customer care never answer emails. 10 year warranty worth nothing. Please if its your first home give these a wide birth. If you post negative feedback on social media they just completely block you. Unprofessional non 5 star dream home.

Absolutely terrible customer service; would go as far as saying the worst I’ve experienced. Was treat like ‘we couldn’t afford’ the property we were buying. After placing deposit didn’t hear anything for 5 months despite calls etc. Closed onsite office didn’t tell us, cancelled survey forMortgage. Laughed when called to complain!!!!!

Waiting to complete on a house yes Covid 19 has halted everything I am an nhs worker so obviously understand . Communication poor ,surely a weekly email to everyone in a similar situation would ease the need for everyone to call the very limited customer service available.

We know that the roads and community centre at Elegance have taken longer than anticipated and we fully understand and appreciate your frustration. This is not a reflection of the experience we aim to create at Strata . Whilst you might not see physical presence currently on site, we want to assure you that we are working hard in the background to ensure that all the roads are completed to an adoptable standard.We feel it’s really important to clearly communicate the scope of works which are outstanding and the timescales for completion. Therefore, we will be sending a letter over the next two of days confirming outstanding works on the development, which will be followed by a programme that will confirm our expected timescales to complete the work. Worst quality stuff used which don't last at all. When you buy it you won't know unless you live in one of them for 2 or 3 years and problems start. From upstairs toilet block, seepage of water to living room from shower. Door handles falling off, door hinges coming out and what not. Don't get carried away by all promises made as you will have hell a lot of problems after couple of years. Stay away if possible. You won't regret later.
