We didn't realise that viewing the show homes was by appointment only due to covid but the lady in the sales office was very accommodating and after a short wait let us have a look around. Thank you for being so helpful and informative about the homes available :)

Strata Ambition 4 (Leeds) have such an incompetent Sales Office Team. They will tell you LIES, completely MISLEAD you about the costly options you select during your choices meeting. They will show you a showhome and then build something else. The Customer Service Managers in Ambition 4 Leeds Sales Office will sweet talk on the phone but VERY DECEITFUL when telling you what options you get during your choices meeting. It is a shame because they have amazing builders, but such a HOPELESS SALES OFFICE TEAM. DO NOT BUY FROM LEEDS AMBITION 4 SALES OFFICE. IF YOU HAVE NO CHOICE, RECORD EVERYTHING WHILST YOU ARE IN THE OFFICE, AS EVIDENCE OF THEIR LIES. Strata, replace your Sales office team at Leeds Ambition 4, they are letting the whole site down.

Strata have been amazing. We bought from their Epitome development in Wakefield. The property is well built and a perfect spacious family home.Tami inparticular has been such good support, efficient with answering questions, good at communicating and so helpful. I would reccomend Strata to friends and family. So very pleased with how we have been looked after.

I purchased a house on the Temptation site in Burton. The house itself was ok with only a few minor snagging issues - as expected for a new build. However, the garden wall was built using a different brick to the house which not only is so obvious but very absurd too! What makes the error worse is that the wall runs along the road so visibility of the error is clear to members of the public too. An identical house opposite has a matching garden wall finished immensely making me believe that very little attention was paid to my wall. It surprises me this was not noticed by site staff when being built. When asked Strata to replace the wall I am told “the wall is fit for purpose” regardless of its quality. So it may as well be rendered? Not a satisfied customer at all!
