Poor quality workmanship for inside the house finish! Poor paintwork and finish in some rooms! Am absolutely disgusted with the staircase it’s shoddy and looks terrible. Some nice f the internal doors are too short causing terrible draft in the rooms. Also no evidence of the house being signed off by director as is guaranteed by Strata on reservation and purchase.

I posted on here yesterday and was immediately contacted by Strata marketing department, who have done absolutely nothing to progress this issue.They told me exactly the same thing I have been told for the past 8 months …’sorry but this is being dealt with by the directors’. Either the directors have been on a holiday for the past 8 months, or they are not dealing with it. I am confident it’s the latter. Strata are in breach of articles 4.1 and 5.1 of the consumer code for home builders. I will continue to post on here until this is resolved. Almost 3 years living with faulty patio doors!!

Definitely worth having a lookWe have bought two well designed properties from Strata. Generally the process has gone well and the aftercare has been good to. We have been happy with the quality with the slight exception that the finishing is sometimes a little lacking in quality (i.e. grouting not removed from tiles and drips in paintwork). Its minor though.
