Brilliant

Brilliant before, during and after purchase service. Nothing was ever too much hassle always offered to help either everything. The purchase was very simple and straight forward and we was first time buyers and was dreading the experience but it was all made so much easier, now we have the house that we have always loved and dreamed about. The quality of the house was outstanding.

Shoddy practice

Was happy with my home and the fact that Strata put right all the snags pretty quickly. Until my husband noticed when a workman was resealing the base of the shower, there was a load of detritus left underneath by the previous workman. What kind of workman does that?

Overall we love our strata home

Overall we love our strata home. There have been several things that have made the journey a bit rocky, however compared to reviews of most builders it is clear that strata excel. I must admit, any issues we have raised have been taken seriously and most have been resolved. We would definitely buy from strata again when we are looking for our second home.

AVOID - MIS-SELLING!

We were mis-sold and they are now not refunding the primary reservation fee despite emailing to say they would.AVOID Strata as they only tell you what you want to hear and then will not reply to any complaint you make. We are having to take them small claims court just to get a refund they have promised us!
