We know that the roads and community centre at Elegance have taken longer than anticipated and we fully understand and appreciate your frustration. This is not a reflection of the experience we aim to create at Strata .Whilst you might not see physical presence currently on site, we want to assure you that we are working hard in the background to ensure that all the roads are completed to an adoptable standard.We feel it’s really important to clearly communicate the scope of works which are outstanding and the timescales for completion. Therefore, we will be sending a letter over the next two of days confirming outstanding works on the development, which will be followed by a programme that will confirm our expected timescales to complete the work.We will also be offering a residents meeting to discuss and offer the opportunity to ask questions and understand why this remains ongoing.Many thanks,Strata

Hi Lisa, We are so sorry to hear of your disappointment and we are working hard to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. A landscaper has been arranged to upkeep the site on a fortnightly basis to ensure the grounds are maintained.
