Was really impressed with the build to start with but the speed at fixing snagging issues is something to be left desired.Unfortunately it has put me off purchasing again from Strata, im constantly told things have been ordered which havent been. Its flat out lying directly to me telling me one thing which isnt true over and over again.

Barry has come out twice now. First to fix the splash back by our kitchen sink and then to fix the seal around our bath. Both times he has been super friendly and polite. Fixed both issues in an efficient and timely manner and just generally had a really positive experience

We bought a house in destiny Doncaster strata. And JULIE the sales lady is bloody amazing! Most loveliest woman I've ever met. She continued all the way through to help us make us feel comfortable and sorted any issues we had! She is an absolute asset to strata! The builder also Billie and other workers were amazing. Showed us around and made sure everything was to 100% top standard. Couldn't be happier with them. 100% recommend.

David Innes has come to my house a few times to help me deal with nail pops, cracks, sanding and painting and etc. He’s a very punctual and nice person who does the work professionally. From our first view of the showhouse, through the house buying process and particularly the aftercare provided by the Strata Team, I can honestly say we have been amazed by the quality of service provided throughout. We are now in our home 3 months and loving it...the quality of product they delivered is exceptional. We moved in 31 months ago and have had countless problems with the patio doors. It was finally acknowledged 4 months ago that they needed replacing, and I still haven’t had any update. I have sent 5 emails and multiple phone calls, and eventually was promised by our previous customer services rep that our newly assigned rep would be in touch. This has not happened.

Elegance, Ackworth. Once all the houses sold they left site and neglected to finish off the roads due to drainage issues - which are still to be sorted. Get occasional emails stating that it is important to them and they will fix. Actions speak louder than words.
We know that the roads and community centre at Elegance have taken longer than anticipated and we fully understand and appreciate your frustration. This is not a reflection of the experience we aim to create at Strata . Whilst you might not see physical presence currently on site, we want to assure you that we are working hard in the background to ensure that all the roads are completed to an adoptable standard.We feel it’s really important to clearly communicate the scope of works which are outstanding and the timescales for completion. Therefore, we will be sending a letter over the next two of days confirming outstanding works on the development, which will be followed by a programme that will confirm our expected timescales to complete the work. We will also be offering a residents meeting to discuss and offer the opportunity to ask questions and understand why this remains ongoing. Many thanks,Strata

Had a great experience with this company from reservation we were kept updated and all information asked for was given to us promptly. Charlotte in sales was great all the way through the process with us and Tom the site manager was very good when we had some odd snags they were sorted pretty much the next day. Overall very pleased with the property and thanks has to go the team at the ambience site.
