It has been not far from a month since Strata informed myself and another resident that they were 'escalating' and 'investigating' the issues raised.So far there has been zero improvement or works done to the road surfaces, resulting in noise and disruption to residents.I know one resident in taking the issue to the local MP, another has had a meeting on-site with a local councillor who was dismayed at the mess and issues this is causing residents/customers.I encourage people to visit the site and look at the potholes, metal plates in the road and raised drains that exceed the safe allowable limits.It is evident that Strata do not care, so I will be making my own escalation to my MP also.

A year on since my last review and absolutely nothing has changed and the site has become worse. I now have a large storage compound on my doorstep, I can't even park outside my own house! Bear in mind my house was built in 2019, it's now 2023!! loud workers outside my house at 7:30 every morning including weekends, swearing, shouting, driving around in diggers whilst on mobile phones and wearing no PPE, blocking our road with abandoned machinery and making a complete mess of our streets. Strata are an absolute discrgrace and vile organisation, I would be embarrassed to work for them. Zero respect for any of the residents, and still no communication from them what so ever!!

We have been on the Ackworth site for 10 years now and have had to put up with lorries and damage due to these on the roads, now strata think they can just leave the site what the call finished with poor drainage, rubbish roads, illegal height kerbs and an unfinished community centre. Come back and finish the work you have started before moving on to make more money from unsuspecting people like us in Ackworth. Very poor.

Your sales or customer experience staff - Natalie Wild has a good sense of humor with courtesy and very proactive in everything she does to ensure irresistible purchase of this particular property. Great works from her.A bit disappointed though that we could not upgrade for wardrobes, kitchen and flooring preferences. This was tied to the fact that upgrade period had reached cut off point.Also, wrong hob was installed for us as against what's on contract but Strata have agreed to have this change to the right one. This is great.Overall, we really love the Rosas 4 bedroom property. It's beautiful, lovely and magnificent in design. Would have been a top notch acquisition especially if Strata were flexible enough to allow kitchen and wardrobes upgrades notwithstanding the stage at which we entered into the contract. This I mentioned not as a condemnation but for future consideration and customers' full satisfaction. I purchased a house on the Esteem development in Dishforth - Our DREAM family home which cost over £700K and feel like I have been ghosted. We are not much further forward since we moved in on 31st March 2022 but positively had a visit from customer care 3 weeks ago but still no report.We had no drive when we moved in, live wires and a list that hasnt really diminished... things are at a stand still. After our recent popped hot water pipe in the ceiling of the downstairs toilet, after a period of time for drying out, today we were visited by Jeff and Malc “The A Team” to repair the mess in the plasterboard ceiling left by the plumber looking for the burst joint.The two carried out an A-One job to cut out squarely the damaged plasterboard and replace and skim the new board to a very excellent standard. Throughout both were a pleasure to deal with and worked very well together. The standard of protection of fittings before the job and the standard of cleaning up after left the place spotless.I would have no hesitation in recommending these two for any future repairs.Well done to both.

Note: I have a number of photos that I intended to upload with this review, however it would appear Strata has disabled this option.The roads and outdoor areas at Strata (Anthem - Beverley) are in horrendous condition. Since moving in a few months ago I have heard of multiple occasions where vehicles have suffered damage due to exposed metal work, potholes and lack of covers. The noise of this site is horrific, constant banging of steel road plates.Adding to this the green area of the site have pretty much no attention from the site management team. I am also aware that multiple neighbours have raised this issue with the site team, complaints team and Sarah in customer 'care'... what have Strata done... nothing!I would provide my plot number however it is not relevant at this stage as these issues that have been around since long before I moved in, have still not been fixed.

We have lived on the estate for over 2 years (much shorter than many of our neighbours) and were told the roads would be completed in the December when we moved in as we were the last phase of houses. No action in over 2 years and no word as to when this will happen. The roads are ridiculous with huge holes and bumps in the road!! Not what is expected when buying a brand new house.

9 years since purchasing my house, in Ackworth the estate has been abandoned by Strata, left unfinished and tatty. The estate roads were never finished and retain the now 9 years old temporary surface. Strata have proved to be nothing but cowboys. Where are you Strata? Finish the estate off that you started. Unacceptable. Anybody wanting a new house would be well advised to consider whether Strata will finish the job before committing. Finish the roads, Strata!
