Malcolm Tall and Carl Dowland gave an exceptional service whilst carrying out repairs, they were polite and respected my property.Both Malcolm and Carl had great experience and new how to best solve the issues I was having with my property, they discussed what they were going to do before starting and got me to check everything was ok after each issue was resolved.I can't recommend them both enough.

Can’t recommend Kathryn enough at the Kudos development. She keeps us fully updated whenever she has any news on our property. As this is our first home we have lots of questions and she is always happy to answer them. Felt no pressure to reserve a plot unlike a lot of other property’s we went to see. Looking forward to moving in now.

We recently encountered an issue with the landing floor, which Strata addressed promptly. Dave Innes and Carl Dowland attended on the scheduled day. They were polite, efficient, and managed to resolve the issue. They maintained cleanliness throughout and ensured everything was restored to its original state. Additionally, Dave identified and addressed another issue while on site. Thank you for the excellent service.

THINKING OF BUYING A HOME FROM STRATA??We have had numerous issues with build quality from Strata Homes over the past 2 years. In most instances we ended up dealing with these ourselves (eg poor carpets) at our expense. The latest is, however, more serious and certainly more frustrating. For many months we have been constantly chasing Strata "customer Care" dept concerning a drainage grate in the middle of our driveway which (we have been told ) is in danger of collapsing. If this happens it will not only damage any vehicle on it but will also render the drive unusable. We have been led to believe that there are several problems with driveways on this Strata 360 site at Chesterfield. On viewing the photos we sent to Strata and relaying the comments made by the large Tarmac Company who did the roads on the estate, Strata admitted a repair was needed BUT constantly continue to "fob" us off with a variety of excuses. On 3 occasions we were advised that their agents Bromley's would be doing the work on a certain week but on each occasion they failed to turn up. Strata are very good at blaming other people with their "lame excuses" We cannot believe that their customer care dept can just continually ignore problems with their blatent excuses. HAVING READ LOTS OF OTHER SIMILAR COMMENTS ON TRUST PILOT, WE NOW REALISE IT IS THEIR POLICY.GREAT ON SALES BUT AS SOON AS THEY LEAVE THE SITE OWNERS ARE FORGOTTEN

We bought a property from Strata sometime in Dec. 2024. In June 2024, we had some snagging repairs that needed resolution. I contacted Strata about this and their response was courteous and quick. Within days, an engineer came around to fix the problems. I'm very happy and satisfied with the level of service I received from Strata and would like to recommend them to anyone considering their products or services.

THEY REALLY DO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN, HAD PROBLEMS SINCE THE DAY WE GOT THE KEYS 2 YEARS AGO AND FIND OURSELVES BATTLING WITH STRATA. THE LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE IS SHOCKING. IF YOU WANT TO CHASE YOUR TAIL THE FULL 2 YEAR WARRENTY PERIOD THAN THIS IS FOR YOU.IF YOU WANT DAMGED CARS, DANGEROUS ROADS AND PATHS AND SCAFFOLDING UP AT YOUR HOUSE FOR 5 MONTHS AT A TIME AND MUCH MORE,YOUR IN THE RIGHT PLACE. THEY SELL A DREAM AND MAKE YOU LIVE A NIGHTMARE. WELL OVER 100 EMAILS, COUNTLESS PHONE CALLS AND COUNTLESS VISITS TO THE BUILDERS OFFICE ON SITE AND WE ARE NO FURTHER FORWARD!

Visited Destiny in doncaster in July 2018 and Julie the sales advisor was brilliant with us. We’ve had a few hiccups along the way with the mortgage side of things which Julie was very supportive and gave us some great advice. I would highly reccomend buying a strata home. Initial experience with Alison was great. Went downhill from when we got the keys, walked into a leak in the kitchen. Negative experience of snagging and engaging with the site team to deal with the snagging. Poor communication and timeframe around resolving issues. We also had an issue with recommend a friend, whilst we received a payment our recommended friends are still waiting.

Avoid at all costs! Worst builders in the country. I bought a brand new apartment built by them in 2008. From day one we had leak after leak on the flat roof. They botched it and botched it until the warranty ran out and then used their legal team to make sure they weren't liable anymore.80% of the top floor flats have water leaking into the property and a number of them the roof has completely fell in and ruined the properties. And thanks to the poor design, build and repairs by strata we have no option but to replace the entire roof at a cost of over £250k. This roof was a problem from build, it has never been rectified properly. We have had numerous roofing companies inspect and report and I only wish I could share the videos and reports showing the design problem and botched repairs. Up until this point all 36 landlords have held off from going public but now we have local mp's and media involved and we will be exposing Strata homes and the nightmare and lives they have ruined. People have been living in unsafe property with water pouring in for 3 years! And nobody can sell or rent out until this is rectified. Avoid them at all costs! Learn from the other reviews on here and Never buy a strata home!
