Malk & Jeff visited to do some remediation works in my bathroom. First time meeting Malk, and Jeff has been on several different occasions. Both of them just crack on with the job, and I’ve never had an issue with the quality of work they produce. Hence the 5 star review.

Definition Derby

Tara and the team at Definition Derby have been brilliant so far. We are due to complete around May time but if the service and finish of the house match the service we have received so far then we will be extremely happy. Darren the site manager has also been very helpful when we were figuring out where to place our lights in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend Strata to friends and family.

Brilliant experience

Experience with strata has been amazing. Zoe has been brilliant and is really friendly and has been really helpful throughout the process. We are first time buyers and really glad we picked Strata (temptation) even the site managers have been bril and everyone is still willing to help even after sale has been completed example snagging. The houses are brilliant and can’t fault anything to do with strata or the house itself.

Forgotten about Elegance again?

When will you finish the Elegance site in Ackworth? Your latest correspondence (months ago) shows that the lower community areas and street remedial works should be completed by now - the roads are still closed and we can't access the green spaces. You're meant to be seeding the community green - its still a mound of rocks and weeds.What a joke of a company. Strata clearly went into damage limitation in 2023 when residents came to trust pilot and expressed frustration. That's the only time Strata actually started making progress.That frustration is building again, make progress and finish the estate to the standard you promised when selling your homes. Seems that trustpilot is the only place you listen to residents....
