We have visited quite a few new housing developments around Wakefield recently and the level of welcome, service and supporting information provided varies considerably. I can safely say the experience we had with Ellie and colleagues at Strata was superb! From the moment we walked into the sales office it was clear Ellie particularly was keen to identify our own personal requirements and help as much as possible with options and alternatives.. really useful and done in way that was no hard sell and we left feeling genuinely excited about the prospect of a new home!Thank you Ellie and teamCath & Nick McMahon

Martin and Katie - Ambience

We would recommend Strata Homes to anyone looking to purchase a new property. The ambience development in Linton is a fantastic site and Strata are building some lovely homes. Our property is excellent and has been built to a very high standard both internally and externally. The site management team and sales office have been very helpful from reservation to move in and thereafter. We can't fault the workmanship, quality and high level of customer satisfaction they provide. They are a 5 star builder and I couldn't agree more.

Excellent Service

From the moment I spoke to Strata about purchasing a property the professionalism of the Company was clear and apparent. The whole process was supported by them and they went above and beyond what was required from them and also my own expectations. Their support during the move was greatly appreciated and their support since moving in to the home has been exemplary. Every move has issues and I am not going to see that our move was issue free, but the Strata team supported the resolution of these issues swiftly and to a high standard. I would purchase from Strata again and would have no problem recommending them to anyone looking to purchase a new home.

Your forever home just got better with Strata 😍

From start to finish the customer service has been fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble and that attitude continues when you move in. The house itself. Well, the attention to detail is fabulous with quality fittings throughout. There has been thoughtfulness that's gone into the design putting customers comfort first. Very sleek, modern designs with a homely feel. You only need to visit a Strata show home to fall completely in love with not only the house, but the interior design, so much so, that we have 'adopted' many of the furnishings.Compare Strata to other businesses in the housing market and you will see that design, quality, customer service and value for money are second to none.

Jeff & Dave came to fix our front door after a repeated fault which meant it kept catching. They were friendly, efficient and tidy with their work and have given me the confidence that the problem is now resolved. They also noticed a door stop was missing so secured and fitted the part with minimal fuss, and one kindly rectified an issue with another cupboard door whilst the other was finishing up. Rubbish Strata new build homes

We have had numerous issues with our new build in MicklefieldIt started from day one.We had to pay £500 for an independent report which highlighted over 300 faults.A team of 3 men spent 3 days correcting these errors Some of the faults were dangerousOur extractor fan wasn’t even correctly vented A large trickle vent fell off an upstairs window.Our fence did not comply with planning permission application so a contractor returned and boarded the fence, again incorrectly, and left nails poking through the fence.Then the worst of all , a large leak from our upstairs bathroom.Our daughter rang us and was hysterical as water was pouring through our light fittings.We have posted a video on Facebook and Instagram for those wanting to see it.It was horrendous.My partner has claimed on her home insurance for the first time in 30 years.And the house is only 3 years old.Strata don’t tell you the warranty they offer only covers plumbing for 2 years and our windows for a year.We only asked them to reimburse our excess and they refused in their quickest ever reply to us.Once you have bought your house they aren’t interested.But it isn’t just your house it is your home.Don’t buy a Strata house is my advice.It will be months before we can get back to normal.Our estate was called Lavish - well it doesn’t feel that way.

Had a few snag issues to work through at Verve. Jeff has been fantastic sorting out the snags. He does an excellent job and is lovely to talk to. Really decent quality work and talked me through how the snags happened and what he was doing to fix them, which I personally found really helpful!

Only at the beginning of the process but went to the east Yorkshire Beverley site on Friday 13th and today to the hull Kingswood attraction site. Beth was Uber friendly, approachable, quick to answer questions and be honest about options. We have reserved a plot and even nipped back later to show a family member and it was no trouble. Impressed so far.

First house at Elegance, Ackworth

Bought a house during covid and material shortages yet we still got all the extra bits we wanted. Esna was very helpful and helped us with everything. We have had friends buy houses with other providers and have snagging lists of 20+ in the first week, my dads a building site manager for another firm and struggled to find anything at all! Would recommend to anyone.
