However,my experience with the recommended solicitor has been far from ideal,which is a shame as it has ruined an otherwise positive experience.

I know there were a few difficulties towards the end of the sale with some legal issues that cropped up as they sometimes do, unfortunately the conveyancing world can be a a bit of a headache for all involved but they have to ensure everything is correct to protect you as their client but we got there in the end!
