Google⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ To all the team at the Scarborough branch for selling the house quick sharp. Hassle and stress free from start to finish. The team did all the viewings and even let the dogs up the garden in the process. An extra 🌟 for Lauren who has put up with me the most and for being at the end of the phone and keeping me up to date all the way....it’s finally moving day on Friday 👏

Great marketing techniques and friendly staff throughout the office :) Although we didn't find our dream home to buy through Reeds Rains they were able to offer professional advice in regards to other aspects and liaising with our solicitors. GoogleAwful company, rented with them and had never ending issues with paperwork and constantly got ignored when issues arose. I've also had a sister rent with them and they've treated her and her partner like dirt, they don't care about the tenants and they take advantage of young tenants, even resorting to threatening them - these are young adults! Disgusting company, would never ever rent from them again.
Good afternoon Gemma, I am sorry to hear you feel this way. I understand that you rented a property through the Scarborough Branch which was on a tenant find basis a couple of years ago. We did not manage the property and I am unaware of any issues you had with that let. Relating to your sister and her partner, they have had a response to issues they raised. We can not be held accountable for tenants having work carried on a property without consent which inadvertently causes an issue, it is stated in a lease that consent needs to be granted for works, including changing gas meters.
