I spent close to $9,000 USD on a trip to Peru and the travel company did not live up to expectations. I most definitely did NOT express anything that was false. GoogleI placed an order for this bike for my son’s birthday, which was only a week away. The order was suddenly cancelled with no explanation, and I was then told the refund could take up to a week to process.
I emailed the company and tried speaking to their chatbot but received no reply or help at all. Because of this, my son didn’t get the bike he really wanted for his birthday and was understandably very upset.
Really disappointed with the service and I wouldn’t recommend this company based on my experience.

GoogleCouldn't recommend enough. So helpful and informative on the local area (we have relocated to Yorkshire). Rob went above and beyond to help us get the keys on completion, we had been caught in a lot of traffic on the drive up and was definitely outside of work hours, however he was ready to drop the keys off for us. They are so helpful. Getting viewings arranged was so quick and hassle free. Always answered voicemails quickly (unlike other companies!).
Highly recommended and will personally use again if needed.
