GoogleGreat experience buying my first property through Oulsnam. Liz was amazing throughout - had answers to all my questions during the viewing and knew the property well. Throughout the process was really efficient liaising between myself and the seller. Liz kept everything moving quickly despite being in a very long chain. Would definitely buy and sell future properties through Oulsnam.

GoogleThe Cooke team were excellent. Concerning the sale of my mother in-laws property in Howdens in March 2026. Their promotion of the property ensured we had lots of viewings, all managed by their team and feedback on each visit provided. They maintained constant communication through a complicated sales process regarding dependent sales. It helped remove the stress from the whole process. This is the third time in using Cooke both buying and selling and they have been faultless every time. Special mention for Charlotte, Julie and Nigel although the whole team were great.

GoogleTom was very professional and the attention to detail is incredible. He provided a very clear guidance with all the potential tenants for property that was available for letting. From the beginning to the end I was kept informed and given advice and guidance as to the most suitable tenants. A very extensive set of photographs, of the standard of decoration, was undertaken as a record. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to let their property to contact Tom as soon as possible because you will be very pleasantly surprised. I will use Tom again for letting property and if I was wanting to sell he would be the first person I would contact.

GoogleTom is an excellent letting agent. He has arranged 4 tenancies for our 2 rental properties over the last few years. Excellent communication, reliable and handles everything for us when we are seeking new tenants. He is also great at providing advice when required and ensures that the interests of both tenant and landlord are looked after. He has sourced excellent tenants for us which is particularly important as our tenants are also our neighbours. I would recommend him to anyone in our area looking for a great letting agent. GoogleWe have just sold and purchased our new home through Thomas Morris Royston, Robert and his team are fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. Our house sale was so easy, they sold the property within days of hitting the market, the photos that Dominic did were amazing and so professional and he's such a nice guy to deal with, Thomas Morris Royston really do know the local market inside out! Robert and Fiona looked after our purchase with Robert giving us regular updates, without him we'd have been lost, so thank you for making a very stressful time so much easier for us. GoogleChloe couldn’t have done more for us and we don’t plan on moving again but would only ever consider using her if we did.
