GoogleReceived an automated message that my review was "partially" published, in fact it was not published at all. When contacted them, they replied that 'AI had moderated the review, due to the word service being used in the text' and "released my review". That meant that they had only released the star review and no text/description. When contacted again with the screenshot and asking what exactly means "word service being used" 7 days passed, and I didn't receive any explanation or restoration of my review. After looking into other "reviews" published by feefo and reviews done feefo, my understanding is that they intentionally do not publish negative reviews and must have contracts with specific companies to do so. (P.S. My review was in Greek language. Other reviews in Greek were featured as I verified, but all of them were only positive or just included the name of the product). Feefo is an imposter platform.

GoogleStrange company, wrote a review on a Halfords product which Feefo declined to review saying I had used the wrong box.With this comment was an email contact with Feefo customer services address, which I used to contact them. GoogleI really can’t recommend Ewe Move and Edward Jarvis enough. We initially had our house on the market with a big chain estate agent. It was listed with them for many months and we grew tired of new staff arriving not knowing the house and unable to answer potential buyers questions. Unsurprisingly we received no offers or if we did nowhere near asking price. Edward was different. Edward conducted every viewing himself and knew it inside and out. Any question buyers had he knew the answer. His marketing of the property was impressive, lots high quality photographs of all the rooms and a professional looking video tour of the house. It took Edward less than a week to sell our house and we got asking price for it which we were very happy with. Post sale Edward was very helpful and accommodating and we managed to sell and buy our new property in these unprecedented times. We were one of the lucky few. Anyone who is planning on selling their home I would recommend Ewe Move every time.

GoogleOur property had been on the market for over a year with some minor interest, but no buyers or offers. Then Hugh and his team took over with a sales strategy that produced more viewings in 14 weeks than we had had in a year. The strategy worked and our property was sold over the asking price. The team were friendly, knowledgeable, easy to work with and there was always someone available when needed. We cannot thank Hugh and the team enough for their hard work and for helping us move to our new "dream" home.
