I just want to say a massive Thank you to Thomas Morris From the team in Royston office to their head office they have been fantastic In particular my Landlord Peter and a lady called Sharon from head office Together myself and the team have made this journey a lot easier - I believe if you are kind to others they will be kind to you and I can promise you all that these people are some of the kindest people I have ever had to deal with They have given me nothing but support since I have lost my job because I became unwell and in return lost my home I wasn’t able to afford to live in the property anymore and extremely distressed about this They reassured me and helped me every step of the way to ensure I was able to leave with the least stress possible Every phone call and every email sent was responded to immediately , professionally and with kindness even at night time they would email back if they could They worked tirelessly to ensure I was not left with lots of arrears and ensure I had some money to come away with as I have lost everything Any problems I had they treated me with the utter most respect and understanding I cannot begin to explain how grateful I am that I had them to support me through this tough time Not only all of this they would come and do inspections 6 monthly and always friendly , they considered letting me have a pet which really helped my emotional state , when ever there was a problem- ie the sink leaked once they send someone out straight away I would highly recommend Thomas Morris they go above and beyond for their tenants

Professional, efficient and a rare find in what can be an industry with sub standards. Thomas Morris set the bar in my opinion, high and never anything less. I would and do recommend them to all my friends and family, the entire team will go above and beyond to help, support and communicate with you. Friendly and professional, nothing is to much trouble. Poor experience. Buyers count too! You need to be a little wary about misrepresentation when a property marketed as 'chain free - vendor going into rented' suddenly changes into 'they have changed their mind & now need to find a property' as you provide proof of funds after having an offer (above asking) accepted. I hope this isn't a common scenario but post my review in case others are experiencing similar. The agent apologised nicely explained they can only act on the instruction of their 'clients' but as a potential buyer I certainly feel like a customer funding the operation so I expect a better service experience than this.

We chose Oulsnam Bournville for their knowledge of the area, enthusiastic staff and market share. We were pleased with the number of viewings especially since our property would only appeal to a particular buyer. Once sold there were some issues with surveys etc that were dealt with efficiently and delays caused elsewhere in the chain that were chased regularly.
