GoogleWe used Tom from TLC Properties to sell our big, Edwardian townhouse in the centre of Harrogate because we liked him as a person, and because he was very knowledgeable about the market. We had two offers within a few days of each other and Tom gave us some fantastic advice to manage the situation. He was very patient, understanding, open and honest the whole way through the marketing, the show arounds and the sale process and he always kept us calm and positive when we were worried about anything. He definitely knows his stuff and you really couldn't wish for a nicer estate agent!

GoogleWe recently sold and purchased through Oulsnam in Bournville, and found them to offer a fantastic personable yet professional service right from initial consultation, through viewings of prospective purchases and then onto completion. Communication was consistently regular and helpful throughout, and they were great at keeping the wheels moving during what ended up being a long completion process. Thanks to all at the Bournville office - we would certainly recommend to anyone else looking to either sell or buy.

FacebookI messaged Thomas Morris the same evening a property was added to Right Move and I got a phone call back as soon as they next opened. I explained my situation for both now and the future and the agent was very understanding but also honest. She spoke with the Landlord who was happy to go ahead and I viewed the property promptly. The same day I paid the holding deposit and referencing commenced and moving in date very close. I had the pleasure to meet Julie, Sean, Joe and also Ali who actually helped my mum move 20 years ago when I was 3 years old!

GoogleReally friendly and helpful staff. We just finished buying our first home through them, which included them throwing in prosecco and chocolates to celebrate with us. Hugh, Louise and Jo handled the purchasing of our house. Fantastic customer services, always at the end of the phone when we needed them. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking to buy their first house, even recommended a decent solicitor to us as well. Thanks to everyone at the Faringdon Office.
