GoogleAlways a very courteous and prompt service offering a willing and appropriate attention to detail. Calls and emails are answered promptly. We use RWW’s fully managed service for our rental. It costs, of course, but we are happy.

GoogleAfter a disappointment of a sale falling through, we found another sheltered housing flat for my father through Oulsnam. Samantha was very efficient and showed compassion throughout. We have both sold and bought through Oulsnam over the years. They have always shown a high standard of customer care and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them time and time again.

GoogleWe were very happy how Robert Oulsnam Bournville dealt with us when buying our new house. After coming to a dead end in trying to finance the purchase Rachael arranged for us to talk to Oulsnam's independent financial advisor Jacqui and through her we were able to finance it. .After that any query we had was dealt with very quickly and we were always kept informed on how the purchase was going.So I would certainly recommend them and would like to mention Rachael and Jacqui in particular.
