GoogleAgent was always on time for viewings and promptly replied to email/phone queries. Nothing was too much trouble for Samantha and I was able to secure the property without any problems. When I collected the keys to my new home I was given a ‘welcome pack’ which was a lovely start to my new life in Bournville.

GoogleWe would strongly recommend Robert Oulsnam Bournville office to anyone looking to sell or purchase in the area. They were exceptionally helpful, friendly, professional and supportive throughout the entire process and genuinely wanted to ensure that our house sale and purchase went through as smoothly as possible. They kept us - and our sellers/buyers - fully informed and updated throughout the process and were never afraid to answer queries or contact solicitors to ensure lines of communication remained fluid. GoogleSelling a property in the UK whilst living in Australia wasn’t something we were looking forward to. However, Oulsnams kept us up to date at every stage, they provided constant feedback on the viewings, provided excellent local and national marketing and once the offer was made and accepted they assisted with securing a conveyancer and keeping us updated on the process. All this and securing an excellent price for our property with, what we felt was, excellent local knowledge of the market and the demographic we were aiming to sell to. We would definitely recommend Sarah and look forward to hearing from her when our fixed rate ends. Just found them awful to deal with. The referencing system they use has no personal contact. It doesn’t have an option to show your rent payments to date or your guarantors details or all of your income. However they will find it easy to take your deposit but difficult to give it back. Still waiting……
