GoogleI could not recommend the team at Marsh & Parsons enough. Their communication is seamless, their professionalism and advice are second to none. From the very start, at the valuation stage, to exchange, Phil, Charlie, Percy & Ollie worked around the clock to see the sale of our flat through. We had a choice of several Estate Agents however, the team at M&P were a clear choice for us. They were always on hand with the best knowledge and advice, and it was an absolute pleasure working with the team. I would recommend them to every seller, not only are they highly educated on the market, but they are so approachable and friendly, always guiding us through the process. GoogleNothing is more scary than going through the process of finding the right Estate Agency to Managed your property while your are abroad. I have nothing but good experience with Marsh & Parsons, the customer service is on point, their staff are friendly, efficient and trustworthy something that has put an ease on all our worries. Personally we are very grateful with Rupert Osborne, his work ethic is impeccable, when ever we need him he is always there willing to help us resolve any problems. Marsh & Parsons have managed our property for 6 years and we are very delighted that we made the right decision. Thank you

GoogleThe staff were excellent at dealing with the sale of our property. Good communication and always ready to answer questions or find out any queries that I had. When the company changed hands, there was a tiny bit of delay in finding out what’s going on. I would highly recommend Marsh and Parsons.

GoogleI am using Marsh & Parsons to find a property in Richmond and Alex Hardy is my estate agent. The whole property search is enjoyable as Alex is extremely helpful, proactive and sensitive to my needs. He always makes time showing me flats and is interested in finding out what kind of respectively why a property suits me or not. He is very responsive and keeps me up to date what has come up on the market. I am sure Marsh&Parsons is happy to have such an engaged employee who shows the commitment above the normal day job.

I would like to thank Rupert Viney, Natalie Lowry, Rachel Harris, John Wilson, Victoria Austin and all others involved for helping us securing and signing for our new flat in Richmond. The communication was fast, accurate - both face-to-face and via email/phone. We had a short time period to find somewhere and Chris made sure he showed us every option that suited us. He went out of his way to help us, resulting in finding a fantastic property which we are now very happy in. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone looking to rent - he is so lovely and made the whole experience much easier.

GoogleChristopher Lilly was my negotiator when I was looking for a new place to rent. He has a good line in chat and humour and I had made my mind up by the third property he had shown me. The negotiations went rather smoothly and as I was looking for a swift move, Chris went out of his way to make sure all parties were happy with all details of the tenants agreement and signed off as soon as was possible and with the minimum of fuss. Recommended as an individual negotiator and recommended as a company.

GoogleI just wanted to give you some feedback on Chris. He did property viewings with me last Thursday, where we did five viewings. We did another 13 viewings with four more agents over the next two days (we have an urgent need to move). Chris was by far and away the best agent we dealt with. He was thoroughly prepared, and knew the details of each property inside out. He was personable, and took real time to understand what I was looking for. When arranging a second viewing with him for one of the properties, he was quick, responsive and flexible. He was just a joy to work with! Unfortunately, the property that we have decided to go for happens to be with another agent - but if I could have chosen anyone to rent through, it would be Chris. I spoke to him today to explain, and again, he's been professional, helpful in keeping options open, and just generally lovely. In an industry where agents can have a bad name, I wish there were more like Chris. He was a superstar and I hope he gets the recognition for doing such a good job. Many Thanks, Lisa

GoogleWe rented out our property with Marsh & Parsons, Richmond for a year and went on to sell it with them, having completed the sale today. Absolutely faultless service from beginning to end and we would recommend them without hesitation. Hilary was fantastic and thanks to her we had virtually no dealings with our solicitor - she did all the chasing for us. Their fees were a little higher than the other agents who quoted for us but they secured us a higher rent than other agents valued it at and found us a buyer who paid asking price within a short space of time.
