Google5 years renting with M&P. All started wrong with a wrong entry inventory and carpet bugs in the flat. The professionally cleaned flat was not decenltly clean. My landlady was very supportive, the agency didn't do a lot. At the end of the tenancy my case manager never answered the phone. I had to personally interact with my landlady even to have my deposit back..not sure what the agency was there for? I made an attempt to let them helping me in finding a new flat: complete faliure! They showed me flats in places where I said I didn't want to leave, missed appointments or appointments were cancelled at the last minute. Very disappointing and poor experience.

GoogleWe used Marsh & Parsons for the purchase of a flat in Richmond. The agent was extremely competent and helpful throughout the whole process and even after the transaction had been completed. Based on that experience Marsh & Parsons is my favorite if and when I need an agent again.
