I recently rented a fabulous apartment in Kew, found for me by Ben Hayes in the Richmond Office. As I was about to return to Spain everything had to be done with speed & efficiency and it was. Ben could not have been more professional but also friendly & sensitive to my circumstances. His follow up in helping to get all the paperwork, financials & legalities done promptly and effectively despite my distance was superb. I was an unusually complicated client probably and he could not have been more patient & helpful in ensuring everything got done. It was also done with exactly the right healthy dose of friendliness & humour when both were required! I could not have asked for a better agent to work with.

GoogleI recently sold my property through M & P. While this looked initially to be a simple transaction, it hit a number of obstacles along the way. While this was very frustrating, my negotiator (Hilary Hoolahan) was incredibly helpful. She chased every detail with great tenacity and even more helpfully, kept me regularly updated. Even when there there were no further updates, she emailed me to let me know this. It always made me feel that she was on the case and had my best interests at heart. I would definitely use M & P again.

GoogleMarsh and Parsons handled the sale of two properties for us in the summer of 2015. A one bedroom flat which was my mothers and our own house in Mortlake. The staff were extremely efficient and friendly and were on the case right from the start. They constantly up dated us with the progress of the sales and prospective purchasers were shown around with virtually no disruption to ourselves. Both properties have now been sold and contracts exchanged. Many thanks

GoogleFrom the initial visit through meeting the team from all 3 local offices, to the negotiations with the buyers and closure, Marsh & Parsons exceeded my expectations. Having lived in 4 countries and bought and sold many properties, I rank their performance as truly world class. The team, under Rex Chalmers leadership, are all strong and, importantly, work as a team dedicated to what they’re doing. Hilary Hoolahan orchestrated my sale beautifully by smoothing the process, picking up loose ends even on her days off, and managing the sensibilities of seller and buyer wonderfully. My summary: the only estate agent to use in south west London.

GoogleI initially asked Marsh and Parsons to find me a flat, which they did, and then I bought a house!! They coped very well with my change of plans and the sale has gone through very smoothly largely due to the excellent communication skills of the sales negotiator, Julia The staff have all been extremely helpful and easy to get hold of I would certainly recommend this company to take one through what can be a very stressful negotiating procedure.

GoogleWe are a young couple that have been living in London for a year. Since we came here we've been sharing a house but we decided that is our moment to "grow up" and we found the amazing Vicky. She helped us to find out our "tailor made house" after seeing few properties. She was trying to help us as much as she could and we felt really care.
