Really unprofessional their renting branch in Twickenham.A waste of time , unprofessional and dismissive way of working from the estate agents I had to deal with .Not only they discriminate clients but also give wrong information regarding renting , guarantors , deposits etc .They don’t update properties online and all about them seem really not clear when you ask information .I booked for a viewing and when I explained I have a guarantor that will help to pass all the financial check needed, not only the estate agent I was speaking on the phone said they don' t work with guarantors without explaining the reason but also dismissed the call and cancel my already booked viewing , discriminating me .Unacceptable and very unprofessional behaviour .

GoogleI can not recommend Chase Buchanan Richmond lettings enough. I have rented multiple properties with Chelsea the lettings manager and her team. They all are so friendly and professional and always have found me the best tenants. I’m so pleased I switched to this agency, they really are the best out there!

GoogleI was dealing with a guy from this agency called Elliot Finn..and unfortunately my experience was a long way off what I was expecting. We were greeted with scorn and hatred firstly. Then I’m sure when I was discussing a tenancy with him he was more concerned with his reflection in his monitor than anything I was discussing. Never coming back here!
