GoogleI am renting a flat in London via Chase Buchanan. Last week I moved in and got injured when I tried to open/close the only windows in the flat. I ended up in hospital and had an operation on a broken thumb. I've been told that CB didn't know the windows were broken as the landlords are responsible for maintenance of this flat. The landlords are obviously very irresponsible. I wonder if an estate agent can rent out a place without due diligence?
