Chase buncham plymouth rent out rodent infested property'and the reason is cracks in the flooring behind the skirting boards which allow access they then lie on behalf of the landlord to chare the tenants for the work to because they failed a legal requirment

GoogleI was very pleased with the service from Danny and Daniel. Very proactive, thorough and professional. In particular they were spot on with the pricing and in selecting the right clients to view. And the fact that they personally attended the viewings made a huge difference both in looking after the house and in making the sale. Danny approached me after my house had been on the market for a while told me that he could do a better job and would sell the house by XMAS. Despite a delay in appointing him he did just that. Well done you two and your team.

GoogleCB Richmond have helped me sell my house in a very difficult market The 2 guys helping me were Danny and Daniel They were a dynamic team.They were both friendly and helpful with many years experience and nothing was too much trouble for them. I find nothing negative to say and I am rather hard to please. When the house was sold and I had moved away from the area the new owner told them that the removal men had left stuff behind. They arranged for it to be sent to my new address. Well done and Many Thanks
