GoogleI recently re-let my flat out through the Chase Buchanan Richmond office and was extremely pleased with the service, in particular from Pippa and Liv. I am based in Hong Kong and managing the letting was not easy given the distance and time difference, however the team's timely responses, coordination and prompt action was amazing. Even when my main point of contact was out of the office, my emails were still acknowledged in a timely manner by Chelsea which was very much appreciated. Poor service management. I've been living in their managed apartment for more than a year. Since the water boiler controller not working, it is running 24/7 hence I've been paying more than 500£ electricity bill for long time, ands worst for last 4 months im paying 744£ electricity bill for a small two bedroom apartment despite many request water heater controller issue never been addressed.
