FacebookDon’t waste time and fall into the traps laid out by the high street estate agents. If you want a motivated team to sell your property, go straight to Power Bespoke. When selling your property, you want the highest price possible. We interviewed 6 well-known estate agents to assess the best options, saw dollar signs and chose the agent with the highest valuation. Big mistake… the estate agent we chose rolled our their big guns at first and once we’d selected them we were in the keep-net… tied in for 6 months and stuck with inexperienced, unskilled and useless sales staff. Having wasted 6 months we turned to Power Bespoke who restored our faith in good honest, hard-working, tenacious staff who deliver results. PB communicated brilliantly with us and got the sale within weeks. Most importantly, they achieved a realistic selling price that we wanted. Thank you Perry and the team!

The property went on the market on Friday and was sold the very next day. Our initial contact was through Callum who came over as the best of a number of agents we approached. FacebookFrom start to finish power bespoke were amazing. I was promised by Wayne that is was going to be a totally innovated experience and it was. I had constant updates from their team and it was SO much easier and slick then any other agent I've used. I'm a buy to let landlord and own several properties and now I would only you Wayne and his team. Lastly I was told by several agents that I was mad to put it on above £300k for numerous reasons. Wayne told me he would put it own at £325k and he would get me more then asking. I had 3 bids all at £325k and sold for £328,500!

FacebookPerry and his team at Power Bespoke handled the sale of my apartment in Reigate in Spring 2016, offering a thorough, personal and professional service.
One of the main reasons I chose Power Bespoke is because I had direct access to my agent from Day 1 - no call centers or leaving messages for call backs which never come - and my queries were dealt with honestly, quickly and without over-selling.
This personal touch combined with the positive use of technology where appropriate in the form of enquiry and progress reporting convinced me to go with Power Bespoke and I am pleased I did.
Once an offer was agreed for my apartment (in under a month), the back office team also did a great job of driving the sale through to completion and keeping me updated on progress until the completion itself.
All in all, Power Bespoke did a great job and I am happy to recommend them - big thanks to Perry and team!
