Passion and purpose

An agency with a refreshing and unique approach who deliver results. We had used three agents prior to Power Bespoke who failed to sell our house at an acceptable price. Perry and his team worked tirelessly, were always available and gave sound, well informed advice at every stage from marketing to completion. I can't praise them enough. Changed our view/opinion of Estate Agents - Especially James!

Fantastic service. Brilliant communication. I really felt like they were looking out for us. They presented our property honestly - meaning that we got excellent viewings (not just numbers through the door!) James Gordon is amazing. He was available during the joys, drama's and tantrums to reassure and support. He also advised us on house's to buy and future finance etc.. James is a damn nice chap who was available way more than he should be! (nearly 24/7!) The fee we paid was well worth it. If you need hard working, supportive, friendly, personable agent - then look no further than Powers Bespoke. An Estate Agent that is human and with a heart! What more could anyone want. Thank you James, Nicole and team. You have made our dreams come true.

Fantastic service

I sold my property using the services of Power Bespoke Estate Agents. I have to say that they are a dedicated team that conducted the whole sale process in a very professional manner. Their friendly and dedicated approach was a great assurance, while their experience and good advice was crucial at times when the sale was under challenges. When I had a small issue with their service, I was able to personally discuss it with Perry and he put it right for me. Overall, I highly recommend their services. They may be a bit more expensive than other agents around, but you certainly will get a different and better service. V

Very knowledgeable

We had James come and value our property and were extremely impressed with his knowledge and helpfulness. We were with another estate agent last year and just felt we were being forced into accepting an offer for our property that was well under the original price. Health reasons made us remove our property from sale. We had James value our property a few months ago and he explained things that the other agent had not, needless to say we will definitely go to James at Power Bespoke when we are ready to market our property again. Both my husband ad I felt relaxed with James, there was no pushing us into marketing immediately. Great End to End Service

Perry and his team at Power Bespoke handled the sale of my apartment in Reigate in Spring 2016, offering a thorough, personal and professional service. One of the main reasons I chose Power Bespoke is because I had direct access to my agent from Day 1 - no call centers or leaving messages for call backs which never come - and my queries were dealt with honestly, quickly and without over-selling. This personal touch combined with the positive use of technology where appropriate in the form of enquiry and progress reporting convinced me to go with Power Bespoke and I am pleased I did. Once an offer was agreed for my apartment (in under a month), the back office team also did a great job of driving the sale through to completion and keeping me updated on progress until the completion itself. All in all, Power Bespoke did a great job and I am happy to recommend them.

James & The Power Bespoke Team were excellent throughout the whole process and I have no problems in recommending them, James would always make himself available to ensure that any of our concerns/queries were addressed and this was a significant factor in a smooth process. Both my partner and I were nervous about selling, generally feeling like it would be a long and arduous process but not with Power Bespoke, certainly worth every penny and would definitely use them again. Sale of our propety

We couldn't have chosen better. James who came to evaluate our property, took time to ensure it was correctly valued. He was very efficient pointing the core values of our property, and which should be enhanced during the visits. He gave us an honest point of view of what would attract buyers. The team were brilliant during viewings, being very accommodating with our family needs and routine. Excellent/honest communication with feedback. Once the offer was accepted, they added so much value and ensured that the sale process went smoothly, encouraging/enhancing communication between solicitors and all the chain participants to run the sale process as smoothly as possible. Power Bespoke were approchable at every step of the sale process, and I believe if we had used a more traditional agent our sale completion would have been extended by another 4 weeks, or it would have fallen through. We couldn't fail them. Having sold properties on three previous occasions, I have never experienced service like this. I honestly did not know estate agents could be so great!
