I don't even know where to start to explain just how good Perry and his amazing team are. 5 Stars doesn't even do it justice. We have worked with Power Bespoke for over 8 years now and it's almost impossible to think of a company providing immaculate service for that long but Power Bespoke raised the bar and set a new standard, a standard that all Estate Agencies should strive for. Initially we had my mother's house, our family home rented out whilst we were out of the country. Perry and Sally took incredible care of all situations involved with a rental that came up, brokering a great relationship with long term tenants, fixing any issues, suggesting service providers and ensuring that the property was well maintained. When it came time to sell the property the experience somehow was elevated even more. This team hustles. I couldn't believe the speed that everything was perfectly executed at with the listing of the property. The photos were super sharp and a great representation of our family home. The marketing was carefully planned and perfectly carried out. We were flooded with more showing requests than we could have ever imagined and the whole time we were updated and informed of every step in the process. When it came to dealing with offers everything was perfectly broken down for us with all scenarios worked out and stellar advice on which route would be best for us. Then came Steph Briscoe. What an absolute Rock Star of an Estate Agent! Steph dealt with us daily to inform and guide us through the whole process. Whether it was an email, text, voice note or call, Steph was lightning quick at responding to any concerns and questions we had. Her level of knowledge, care and guidance far exceeds any customer experience we've ever had. We truly felt like we had a friend on our side fighting to ensure that this deal got put together and executed in the quickest time possible. Steph, you are a complete legend! Estate Agents can get a bad name and be seen as cut throat but the truth is that it's a business built on human relationships. It's so much more than a house involved in a transaction, it's many emotions and memories. Perry, Steph and everyone at Power Bespoke have given my Mother a better quality of life because of the care and attention they took in selling her home. This is elite, next level stuff and that's what makes Power Bespoke 'remarkably different'.

Selling your home and moving is incredibly stressful at the best of times especially when you have an older property. If it wasn’t for Nick Bevan at Power Bespoke, we would not have achieved buying our dream home. Unlike our local instructed selling agent who continually justified delays and challenges to our property, I never really felt had our best interests and even had the day off on completion! We are renting an house from powerbespoke from March 2020 From December 2020 we started to have problems with this property We found out that the roof wasn't insulated. We contacted powerbespoke but no one did anything until the end of December The condensation was coming down the ceiling on my kids beds We moved downstairs to sleep. We was paying lots of money for 5 bedroom house but we couldn't use the bedrooms. All the walls was black and green and the smell very intense. We rented this big house for business purposes and Powerbespoke knew that from day one. Because we opened a complaint they send us an eviction notice during the lockdown 8n January and they didn't let me work from home. They check our life they know when people come in and out the house We are not free to live our lives I teach karate to kids and kids with special need and they love their karate sessions We feel like the victims of harassment The Agency sent an email today that they believed that the damp problems in the lounge has been caused by us breathing and the kids training. We normally opened Ll the windows and doors and most of the time I couldn't work because the lockdown I will let you readers make your opinion about this Agency and the management This is absolutely a nightmare during a pandemic and no one deserve this 😢 Thank you for your reply Perry unfortunately it's more than us and landlord you are taking personally the point that boris Johnson let us work from home during the pandemic I am fully insured and part of an international federation that's what you still Don't understand about my what I do with karate am fully insured, dbs checked and I have a risk assessment done .
