Nick Bevan is just a master of his game and he was so knowledgable, professional and caring in his approach. He managed to get the sale over the line and I am completely and utterly grateful that he was the man in charge of the sale. FacebookIf anyone is looking to sell or buy a house then the fabulous Rob Wells is definitely your man. Only a short while ago we put our own house on the market and Rob took up the task of not only selling it but to find us a house is our desired location... Actually we went one step further and pinpointed the road! Rob went above and beyond, more than any estate agent we have ever known do and made it all happen. We are now sat in our lovley new home with 3 very happy children..... And it's all thanks to Rob. He is dedicated, hardworking and more importantly knows his stuff within the industry. GoogleYou can tell all the people at PB are different kind of agents from the first time you meet them. Polite, respectful, sharp (but somehow still down to earth) - Perry and the team are people who are not only a professional (and clearly good at what they do), but you know they have your best interests at heart too. I've met agents who walk into a room and say the same thing they've said to probably everyone else they've met that day, the guys here actually want to know about you and want to understand how they fit into your plans - all before offering any service or advice. REAL estate agents, I can recommend Power Bespoke highly enough.
