FacebookJust exchanged after selling a property with Power Bespoke, Rob Wells and the team have been really helpful from the word go. The photos they had done were beautiful & the service is second to none. Very friendly staff, great advice, always honest and quick to respond. We’ve used a variety of estate agents in the past but Power Bespoke have definitely been the best. Thank you Power Bespoke!

GoogleGeorgie did an amazing job in handling the sale of our flat. The marketing was very good and we were given regular updates. However, the sale was far from straightforward due to complications with the lease. Despite this, Georgie did a brilliant job in keeping the sale on track, and in providing us with advice and reassurance.

FacebookWe bought a house through Power Bespoke and found them to be very helpful. With Perry Power and his team you get an impressively integrated service, because they are able to recommend excellent solicitors and surveyors, all of whom work well with one another's schedules and priorities. Perry is also good at client management at each step of the process, being both kind and professional at all times.

FacebookPower Bespoke have just helped me sell two elderly relatives houses. The first they ‘rescued’ us after over 18 months of being messed around by supposed committed buyers and got the job done in a couple of months. Wiser second time around, I went straight to them and sold the house for a great price with under 2 months from offer to completion despite the challenging market conditions. Steph Briscoe managed this sale and was fantastic from beginning to end. She totally understood our situation and priorities. She never failed to respond to calls or messages and when she was away, the rest of the team including company owner Perry Power stepped in immediately. This company is a breathe of fresh air. Can’t recommend enough.
