We're on a mission... join us on it... In 1998, after a family member had a particularly bad experience with an estate agent, Perry Power dreamed of creating the ultimate estate agency. In 2014, powerbespoke was born to fix, what he felt, was a broken estate agency industry and given that recent statistics have shown that 79% of the UK population don't trust estate agents, there is clearly demand for a better way. The Mission: To fix a broken industry.
The Trusted Agent 2026 results for Power Bespoke, ranked against 18,569 UK estate agent offices. Each award is assessed separately from the review sites.

GoogleSetting the bar time and time again, havent personally bought or sold through Perry and the team yet although the amount of free info and refreshing insight Perry gives to fellow agents is groundbreaking. It literally saves and earns clients thousands of pounds extra come completion of sale. Keep up the great work 💪

FacebookIt was a pleasure working with Power Bespoke to buy my property. Steph, the estate agent I dealt with was super helpful and friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to have worked with, she is super knowledgeable in her field of work. And she kept on top through the whole purchase process, managing both the vendor and solicitors when needed. I highly recommend Power Bespoke to anyone and if you happen to get Steph as your estate agent, you are in good hands!

Googlesold within a week or so and Perry managed to get us more than we asked for. Nic was great to deal with. Always happy, helpful and very professional . Many people mention the fees are slightly higher, but the above advertised sale price was the great end result, with a better valuation than nearly all other agents. Many thanks

GooglePerry and his team are in my opinion the only agents I would ever use. They are on the ball and call you before you have to ring and ask what is going on. They are 100% the agents to use - if you have suffered bad agents in previous moves they will feel heaven sent!
Thanks Natalie :)
