FacebookPower Bespoke recently handled the sale of our land with planning. They were excellent from start to finish guiding us through, which at times, was quite a trying process. They provided excellent advice and support throughout and James negotiated on our behalf to ensure we got the best price possible. James and Nicole were always on hand to offer advice and chivvying things along when the buyers were dragging their feet. All in all the team at Power Bespoke made the whole process as painless as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them when we come to sell our home.

FacebookPower Bespoke dealt with the sale of our house recently and I can't fault them considering it only took 8 weeks from accepting an offer to completing. James and Nicole were always on hand to answer any questions and nothing was too much trouble. Not being up on the whole process around a house sale, James talked me through everything and advised what to do and when. Yes they may be on the slightly expensive side but sometimes it's better to pay a bit more and get a good quality service. Well worth it.

James Gordon from Power bespoke was so unbelievably unprofessional that it resulted in us losing the homes we wanted for several months. He failed to provide a service to us or the vendor by his lack of knowledge and inability to negotiate. Wasting both ours and the vendors time, he actually lost the vendor an additional £5,000 because the vendor refused to sell her home to us. I might add we never met the vendor so she could have only formed an opinion of us from James. Like I said unprofessional to the extent that his manager had to intervene but the damage was done. Our agent Sacha and Scott lost the sale of our house and was very vocal in her opinion of Power Bespoke and their inability to communicate. James was verbally rude to me and when told by Perry that he wasn’t allowed to deal with the sale any longer and to apologise. James refused. James made it his own personal goal to ensure that we wasn’t successful in the purchase of the home and was willing to do whatever he needed. Even buying the vendor flowers and writing a heart felt letter plus offering an additional £5,000 over the best price wasn’t enough. We had already sealed the deal by winning the successful bid at best and final only to be told 4 days that the vendor wouldn’t sell to us? Like I said we had never met the vendor? Please don’t trust James, and unfortunately Perry failed to manage james or the situation.

Fantastic service. Brilliant communication. I really felt like they were looking out for us. They presented our property honestly - meaning that we got excellent viewings (not just numbers through the door!) James Gordon is amazing. He was available during the joys, drama's and tantrums to reassure and support. He also advised us on house's to buy and future finance etc.. James is a damn nice chap who was available way more than he should be! (nearly 24/7!) The fee we paid was well worth it. If you need hard working, supportive, friendly, personable agent - then look no further than Powers Bespoke. An Estate Agent that is human and with a heart! What more could anyone want. Thank you James, Nicole and team. You have made our dreams come true.

I sold my property using the services of Power Bespoke Estate Agents. I have to say that they are a dedicated team that conducted the whole sale process in a very professional manner. Their friendly and dedicated approach was a great assurance, while their experience and good advice was crucial at times when the sale was under challenges. When I had a small issue with their service, I was able to personally discuss it with Perry and he put it right for me. Overall, I highly recommend their services. They may be a bit more expensive than other agents around, but you certainly will get a different and better service. V

FacebookPerry and his team did a great job of selling my parents' house in Woking through a busy couple of viewing days, resulting in several offers when the previous agent had not got them one offer over the course of 1 year and 100+ viewings. Perry was very sensitive to the fact that this was a very difficult and stressful time for people in their 80s and provided a great deal of support which was much appreciated by all of us. He did what he said he would do, one can't ask for more than that and I would happily recommend Power Bespoke to anyone (in fact, I recommended them to my parents because they did such a good job for me 9 months earlier!).

Just to say that albeit Power bespoke were not our estate agent but our onward chains. For them to treat us like we were their clients, which i'm sure most other estate agents do not, showed me how passionate they are at what they do. I have to say the service they provided was outstanding may be even use the word "sublime". James Gordon at the bespoke absolutely faultless with his customer service approach, kept myself updated throughout the process, we had some ups and downs but James was on it quicker than I could say "on it". We exchanged the other day and finally we can look forward to moving in to the dream home. Thanks James and thank you to power bespoke, job well done.

We had James come and value our property and were extremely impressed with his knowledge and helpfulness. We were with another estate agent last year and just felt we were being forced into accepting an offer for our property that was well under the original price. Health reasons made us remove our property from sale. We had James value our property a few months ago and he explained things that the other agent had not, needless to say we will definitely go to James at Power Bespoke when we are ready to market our property again. Both my husband ad I felt relaxed with James, there was no pushing us into marketing immediately. James fully understood that we may not be ready to move until a years time and left it with us to call if we need any help or advise. Thank you James :o)

Power Bespoke, namely James, made our emigration to New Zealand so much easier by handling our house sale. The professionalism, persistence, level of communication and genuine passion to see that we were able to complete as seemlessly and worry free as possible made a real difference, even with the hiccups and concerns along the way. James managed to secure us multiple offers, negotiate the best price for us and saved the sale with just a few weeks delay when issues in the chain occurred. The passion Perry and James have for the business really shines through when they were leading us through our sale, from day 1 to exchange I really felt their engagement and would never hesitate to recommend them.

Perry and his team at Power Bespoke handled the sale of my apartment in Reigate in Spring 2016, offering a thorough, personal and professional service. One of the main reasons I chose Power Bespoke is because I had direct access to my agent from Day 1 - no call centers or leaving messages for call backs which never come - and my queries were dealt with honestly, quickly and without over-selling. This personal touch combined with the positive use of technology where appropriate in the form of enquiry and progress reporting convinced me to go with Power Bespoke and I am pleased I did. Once an offer was agreed for my apartment (in under a month), the back office team also did a great job of driving the sale through to completion and keeping me updated on progress until the completion itself. All in all, Power Bespoke did a great job and I am happy to recommend them.
