FacebookWe recently purchase our new home through Power Bespoke. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Despite a protracted and at times frustrating process (not their fault!) they were exceptional in their communication, care and expertise. This has continued post- sale too. James in particular put himself out numerous times to get us over the line with the purchase! The team at Power Bespoke provide a truly comprehensive and unique service. Little thoughtful touches like the welcome hamper on completion are what sets them apart. Thank you all!

GoogleWe met three other high street Estate Agents, but it was clear at the outset that Power Bespoke best understood our property and how to realise its potential. The whole service has been great and very bespoke - they really helped with maximizing planning permission for our property and negotiating the best price. They acted as a communication hub between ourselves, the buyer and the solicitors - keeping things moving. along. They have also been insightful in many matters concerning the sale. Power Bespoke have been a pleasure to work with and I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

FacebookWhat fantastic service from Rob Wells and Power Bespoke. After initially discussing what our goal was with Rob, we put our property on the market and have gone under offer in a week. Rob and Power Bespoke do a great job of keeping you up to date on all developments throughout the process giving your peace of mind. I would also say the photography they had produced of our property was best in class. Anyone looking to sell their property, give Rob Wells and Power Bespoke a call!

FacebookPower Bespoke were absolutely amazing for us and I could not recommend them enough. We had a difficult journey during the sale of our property and a few hiccups when for different reasons two of our sales fell through. All of the staff were there for us every step of the way. James, in particular was an absolute rock for us and was available to message throughout the day, 7 days a week. My husband even had a long discussion with him on Boxing day! They really try to think outside the box and try everything to get the sale to go through, this was particularly noticeable when I dealt with an another agent on our onwards purchase who really did not think outside of the box and didn't seem to care at all. Everyone I dealt with had a positive attitude and seemed to putting clients first. I would have no hesitation in recommending them at all. Thank you all at Power Bespoke, you really are the best!

FacebookPower Bespoke may not be the cheapest estate agent around but they certainly go far above and beyond the basics when facilitating a sale. They gained me a considerably higher price than several other agents wanted to even ask for the property and also saved me money on my onward purchase. When things went wrong further down the chain, Power Bespoke came to the rescue sorting out the problems that the other estate agents had ignored and without their help, I would have pulled out of the whole process in frustration. I just hope that if ever I want to sell my new house, Power Bespoke will have by then, expanded to cover my new area! Thank you to everyone in the team.

GoogleAVOID AT ALL COST! Our experience has been absolutely horrendous. Their staff are rude, unhelpful and extremely defensive. They have made our lives extremely difficult and are the worst agency I have ever come across. Due to their awful behaviour we were forced out of our home. I cannot stress enough, do not rent with these agents.

James & The Power Bespoke Team were excellent throughout the whole process and I have no problems in recommending them, James would always make himself available to ensure that any of our concerns/queries were addressed and this was a significant factor in a smooth process. Both my partner and I were nervous about selling, generally feeling like it would be a long and arduous process but not with Power Bespoke, certainly worth every penny and would definitely use them again. Thanks again for all your help :-) P.S The move machine comes highly recommended, moving can be stressful but another little added value extra to help you on your way.
