Extremely bad state agent, they only good at charging the customer. I have two flats to take care off by Redhill team, one of them the tenants walked out without exit check out, the flat was received in a very bad conditions and had to pay most of the few months gained rent to fix the flat. The second flat the tenant did not pay for 3 months and the agency did nothing except when I tried my self to arrange for the rent payment they charged 12% fees, in advance for doing nothing to the owner. Expensive, dishonest, careless agent, I don’t recommend it

Have been really impressed with my Agent Katie today. She is SO friendly, pleasant and helpful. She even went out of her way to fetch me for a viewing to meet up with Helen, who was also so friendly and helpful, because I still can’t drive.
